Shafer Services Plus

We had an HVAC issue Friday night, July 3rd, It was hot. Shafer Services and DUSTEN were awesome. They were out to our house early Saturday, JULY 4th, morning to fix the issue and make sure we were comfortable for the rest of the weekend. Dusten was professional and super pleasant. Dustin was on time, friendly and professional. I usually tend to do a lot of research when it comes to home or car maintenance and repair but I still had a literal list of questions. My questions were specifically about having them install a Reme-Halo Air purifier, but also some duct work concerns. He not only answered all our questions one by one (which jived with what I researched on line), but began to lay out our different options. He did this in a professional, easy to understand and friendly manner without that "sales pressure" that sometimes happens with other companies. We got 3 total quotes from 3 companies and Schaffer beat them by quite alot. It was a great interaction and at complete ease with what we learned along with the pricing. Were sold on Dustin and Schaffer, no doubt for long time to come. Update: Augie followed up today with additional work which was also above par, he was extremely helpful as well We couldn't be happier. Thanks Augie!

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Shafer Services. I can describe them as honest, trustworthy, ethical, high character , professional, extremely knowledgeable, but it still does not express my gratitude to this company. My air conditioning was in a mess, a disaster waiting to happen. Augie, Dustin, and Will helped me out of this terrible mess we were in. So professional, knowledgeable and pleasant, how wonderful to have a company like this, with true dedicated professionals that know what they are doing. On a separate note, we joined the Shafer Services plus program and needed the services on a Saturday and John Baron came out quickly. A contractor had put a bathroom sink stopper in the day before and it became stopped up. He diagnosed the problem immediately, snaked the drain, replaced the pea trap and primary a/c line and installed a great working stopper. Another stellar professional. Thank God for ethical companies like Shafer Services. Many, many thanks.
