Service Experts Jacksonville

We have been in the service program for our water heaters for about 5 years and Air Engineers have been outstanding with maintenance and communication. Chris came out today and flushed them, and was genuinely so nice and explained the processes to me. He also tested my water and gave me some information on purification options. I highly recommend them for easy service needs, when you don’t want to manage the headache of what needs to happen, when! We have been pleased.

Today April 17, in the Publix parking lot in Oakleaf. This van decided to block a couple of cars that were parked in the business. While I was leaving I told the driver that I needed to back up to leave. He ignored the first 2 times, and was completely rude. Would not use this company if this is the people they employ that are very unprofessional and entitled.

Kel did an excellent job. Highly recommend him April 12, 2023 Air Engineers installed my second HVAC system and a water heater. With the crazy weather we have had, I have used both AC and Heating this month. Both work perfectly. Anthony (54) and Hector (743) did an outstanding job! Thank you all! At my semi-annual check up Tyler did an excellent job I truly appreciate his professionalism.
