Service Experts East Bay

Soane Finau and Danny Amerson from Freschi Service Experts are an awesome tag-team!! They arrived on time after first sending a message that they were on their way. Upon arriving we discussed their plan and did a walk-through. Then they got to it. Since they were cleaning my duct system, they prepped the floors by covering them and sealed the ducts. Then they did the voo-doo that they do-do to get the job done, all the while keeping me advised. After they finished cleaning the ducts, they cleaned up and picked up their duct cleaning supplies. Danny took his leave while Soane continued with the second task, installing a UV system. Soane continued to keep me informed as his work progressed. Upon completion, he show me what he had done before cleaning up and leaving. Both gentlemen were courteous, thorough and respectful of my property. I’ve been with Freschi for a number of years and have not had any negative issues. They are a very professional company and I highly recommend them.

Today we had a new system installed. Furnace, A/C Unit, Two control pads etc. Ahcene, Hugo, and Brian were excellent. They were informative, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. Drop cloths were placed on the stairs and carpets. They were very careful and left the area spotless when they were done. They explained how to use the new system and walked us through it and made sure it was functioning correctly before they left. I would highly recommend them in the future.
