Seaton Heat N' Air & Electric

Today Harrison came to do a seasonal maintenance check on my HVAC unit. I've used Seaton Heat N' Air for several years now, and have always experienced exceptional customer care and services, today was no different. Their workers are knowledgeable, experienced, and honest in their evaluations and recommendations, not to mention extremely polite, and respectful of our property. I appreciate how they give me budget friendly options, when available, and don't try to talk me into spending more money on services and repairs that aren't necessary. Now that they offer electrical work, I recently had them install extensive indoor and outdoor lighting to our newly purchased older home. Their crew did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

One phone call, and Seaton was on it. Brett arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, and tracked down the part needed for the repair. What I appreciated most was that he never tried to upsell me or pressure me into buying something we didn’t need. We briefly discussed the possibility of a new unit in the next few years, but only because I asked. There was absolutely no pushiness — just a straightforward explanation of the problem and the available solution. That kind of honesty and professionalism goes a long way with me and will likely stay with me longer than the repair itself.
