Installed our dehumidifier in a loop so it never worked, as well as using TAPE to seal our ductwork, which as you can imagine peels apart in humid conditions. We have spent thousands fixing these unprofessional errors including rerouting the ductwork to make our dehumidifier actually work, as well as having a new company seal ALL ductwork with proper paste. We spent $11k for this mess. Customers need to know and sift through the 5-star fluff. As our reward, SAF never apologized or admitted the shotty work.

Jawan came out to do our spring service, he was professional and thorough. My wife was nervous that I left her at home him, but called me when he was done that she felt comfortable and that i needed to make sure to give a review. We have been using Sav Air Factory for a few years now and have been happy with their service.
