Sarahs Air

I have used Sarah's Air a couple of times over the last couple of years and will continue to use them. What impresses me the most is if it sounds like something simple, they will direct you to their website to see videos on how to correct the problem so as not to cost you a visit. All of their employees are always so pleasant and friendly when they do have to come out, and their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use them for yearly services, and anything else that may come up!

Sarah’s Air did an outstanding job installing a new multispeed air conditioning system at my house. They were among several companies I called when I needed to replace a 10-year-old heat pump. Shane, at Sarah’s Air, explained the different systems that could work for my 1,500-sf house, their advantages and disadvantages, relative costs, noise levels, energy efficiencies, etc. There was never any hard sell, just courtesy and information for me to consider. In the process, he provided a thorough explanation of the newer variable speed/multispeed systems that were recommended by the Duke Energy rep who did an energy-saving analysis for my house. That is the system I ultimately chose, and it has worked out wonderfully. It is super quiet and keeps my house’s temp and humidity at comfortable levels. The cost was competitive—even less than the Trane unit that I was considering. Timothy and Aydin from Sarah’s Air expertly installed this high-tech Gree system. They did meticulous, precise work and went the extra mile to make everything nice. (Tim even cleaned and primed the dirty wall that was revealed when the old air handler was removed). Also, unlike many AC companies, Sarah’s Air did not push a semiannual maintenance program. When I asked about it, they suggested perhaps a once-a-year checkup, as needed. This is a highly skilled, honest company with top professional standards and I highly recommend them.
