Santa Cruz Mechanical

I have been using Santa Cruz Mechanical for 21 years. They initially installed my HVAC system into the attic which had very limited space. Then over the next 21 years they maintained it and recently they had to replace the existing HVAC with a new one. They disassembled the old and replaced with a new one in a very short time. Since it is winter, the house had no heat, but the owner lent us 3 portable heaters. The owner, Bill Hall, is very professional and a joy to work with. I also have to give kudos to his technicians. They are very competent, courteous and neat. Everything is left clean with no work debris left anywhere. I highly recommend this firm.

Thank you to Bill Hall at Santa Cruz Mechanical and excellent HVAC technician Victor!! They were wonderful and honest and saved me thousands! Glad I got a second opinion from them today! I found out from Santa Cruz Mechanical that my furnace didn't need replacement like Atlas Trillo technician had said. Atlas Trillo charged 150 for their quick, inaccurate, and seems like dishonest diagnosis. It seems this is how they sell more furnaces! Atlas Trillo (Associates with Bellows I believe) then sent their sales rep who quoted me around $8500 for a new furnace! I'm 72, retired teacher on a fixed income so .... A friend recommended I call Bill Hall. Today his company Santa Cruz Mechanical found the heating exchange was not at all broken as Atlas Trillo had said. A new fuse worth 35 cents was all furnace needed to work!! Magical Victor cleaned the air blower. I had the wrong size filter which wasn't properly attached. He told me about a repair that might be needed soon but the furnace was working really well after he left.😍Bless them!
