I had a Mitsubishi 4-ton heat pump installed at the end of March 2026, and it was done by Sandium. Robert Shuper did a wonderful job - he gave me very detailed estimates, explained the whole process and stayed with all questions and issues throughout. The two contractors Manuel and Ernesto also worked very hard, were extremely nice and patiently answered all my questions. When there were issues, the way they managed everything left me very satisfied - they were responsible and professional. Their technicians were also extremely knowledgeable and determined to make sure everything was done right and fully resolved. The entire process was handled seamlessly - from applying for permits to eventually getting the rebate - by professional company. Sandium took care of all of it, so I had nothing to worry about. Great heater tune-up and cleaning service provided by Anthony of Sandium. He cleaned and tuned our heating system which hadn't been cleaned in about 5-years. He showed me what he cleaned and explained why. The job was finished in about 1.5 hours. Our heater works great!
