If I could put a zero star review, I would. We were having issues with our commercial walk in cooler, they came out the same day which I appreciated but left when they claimed they couldn't find the condensing unit. They told my assistant manager they'd be back the following day at 10:00 AM. They never showed. I had to call twice to get an answer. They told me they couldn't fix it and hung up and then the second time I called, they said to try and turn it off completely for an hour, turn it back on again, and that should work......I've never been more appalled at a company in my life. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
