RSD - Refrigeration Supplies Distributor

IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I COULD. First of all, they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then apologized and said they didn’t know that I was on the phone then when I showed up while on hold waiting for them to help me there were 3 guys standing around chatting/not working and literally I walked in and they all said hi and made me wait another 15 minutes while the one man that was actually working got off the phone to speak to me. I paid for half of a unit as a deposit, the other half was apparently due in five days, however, my contractor has a 30 net pay, but they insisted it had to be paid within five days. They sold us bunk equipment that had a hole in it, and did not stand behind the products. They wanted everything paid for before they would even look at the unit that had a hole in it they will not stand behind their products. They would not allow an exchange for their crappy product. The service sucks and I do not recommend this company.

Store front people are amazing the only reason this is 4 stars is because of this guy named Rick there. Very rude and passive aggressive would never talk or interact with this guy again. But besides that there are great people
