We truly can’t thank Daniel with Roy Mechanical enough for his caring attitude and fast response. He went above and beyond to help us find the best solution, and when we ended up needing our furnace replaced, he made sure to get us scheduled the very next day. When our pipes burst and caused an unexpected conflict, he still showed genuine concern and worked with us to make everything happen quickly and smoothly. Daniel the guy who works for Roy is a very, very, nice guy. He was here for 3 hours today installing a brand new furnace. I've also spoken with Roy on the phone and both of them are very, very, nice men. Daniel did such a great job that we're going to get a brand new hot water tank from them as well. Roy's replaced the complete A/C portion of my 30 year old 3 ton HVAC system with a new high efficiency 3 ton unit. The new outside condenser is much quieter than the old one. The evaporator (the cooling element) that sits above the furnace is larger than the old unit. I found Roy's to be quite reasonably priced and the work was completed in little more than an afternoon. I would be more than happy to recommend him to friends and family.
