Tony is truly one of the kindest people I have ever met. I was in tough spot needing my a/c fixed and he very promptly responded to me. Tony was incredibly personable and encouraged me to ask questions if I had any. Tony was a true professional and showed me the in’s and outs of what he was doing without being condescending in any way. I will ONLY use Tony and Rosewood for any possible HVAC issues in the future!

Got a new furnace, central air unit, and coil installed. Quality of installation / work was worth 10 stars. Tony was easy to work with from the 1st phone call to get a bid for what I needed, through to the end when everything was done. Care was taken to protect my carpet in the basement and on the basement stairs. They cleaned up when done. I am happy with Rosewood Heating and Air Conditioning and would highly recommend them.

We first met Tony a year ago when he gave us an estimate after Aksarben told us we needed to replace our 12 yr. old unit ( after $22,000 quote).He was very honest with us and walked us through all he was doing, he has since been here for our fall check up and now our a.c. unit check and guess what, everything is working just fine! It is well worth using his services as he is very honest, personable and knowledgable and his pricing is very reasonable! Do your homework when needing hvac services it was definitely worth it...we found our guy!!
