Rockford Heating & Air Conditioning

This company installed a high efficiency gas furnace in my home plus I needed some heat ducks in the basement. Called them and Mike Buckner came out and gave me a quote for the ducks in the basement. My furnace was 31 years old and was going to replace it next year. Mike told me if I did it now I would get 600$ rebates from the gas company and the state, money I could lower the price of the furnace. Mike gave me a big discount on all the ducks work in the basement, I said that be great. Then when the t was time came to install, I had Hawkins, Shawn and Seth there to do all that work. Let me tell you it was A lot of work! It only took them 9 hours to finish. Told me all about what they did and answered all my questions about the furnace and heat ducks in the basement. The three men did an OUTSTANDING job at all the work that was involved. Their clean up was extensive and excellent. I highly recommend Rockford Heating and Cooling to do an excellent service no mater what job they do. Everyone was friendly. They were all very knowledgeable about their job. When I need a new air conditioner I will call this great company again and for all other needs. The price for everything was very competitive. I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say! First in 2021 I went with another company for a new furnace. After a few days it suspected they didn’t install the right size furnace. I called these guys and they came out inspected my unit and said I was right. I forced the other company to put in the correct size furnace. Rockford Heating never even charged me for looking at the new unit. I said if ever I need HVAc services I would call Rockford Heating. So when the weather got hot enough to turn on the air and I noticed my fan in the unit not moving and it was overheating I called them. They came right out and the fan on my air unit went out. We had to order the part and it was three weeks out for the part to come in. Here’s the kicker the guy, Nick, noticed my fan came in early and he wanted to get it in a week and a half earlier than original appointment. He came over the same day the part came in and had it installed in less than 25 minutes. He was absolutely fabulous, courteous at all times and very respectful. Like I said I cannot say enough good things about this company. They really take care of their customers and they will have my business for life! Give them a try they will not disappoint at all!

Furnace had bad heat exchanger. We can't thank Mike, Alex, Nick, Haakon, April and office staff. Always professional, friendly, attentive to our situation and go above and beyond.
