I saw some of the negative reviews, and was surprised because this is not my experience with Randy. I wanted a heat-pump installed in 2013. Back then, it was really hard to find New Hampshire contractors that knew much about heat pumps. I contacted Randy (who had recently started his own HVAC business) and he was more than willing to take on the challenge. His quote was the lowest of the few contractors who were interested in the project. He finished the job on-time and within budget in a few days. 13 years later and the system continues to operator without any issues. I think he can come across as a bit "cocky", but I believe that's just a reflection of his self-confidence & "can do" attitude.

We've used Randy for various plumbing needs since we purchased our home in 2010. For major work, we have engaged in the "obligatory" gathering of estimates and we have found Randy to be excellently priced. He is prompt, competent, courteous and professional. We highly recommend him.

Randy installed a new boiler at our condo. Shortly thereafter there was no heat on the first floor. He came and replaced a part that was listed as being replaced when the boiler was installed. When asked about it he said that part was removed from the estimate. Apparently there was more work that needed to be done that went a bit further than the simple part that was replaced because we continue to have the same issue with the heat not coming on. We asked him to put in all NEW parts and would have gladly paid him to do so. Very disappointed as he puts right on his business card that he has integrity. I think he needs to review the meaning of that word!
