Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning

Our very old (25 year old) upstairs air conditioner had been sustained by Riverside well beyond its expected life, but it finally gave up the ghost. Riverside gave us an excellent deal on a 17 seer replacement, and had the install scheduled in two days. The polite, professional crew, ably led by Matthew, arrived on schedule, and completed the outdoor/attic work unobtrusively, and left no mess. Of note, when energized, the outdoor unit was malfunctioning. They did some troubleshooting and determined the unit was faulty. They were out first thing the following morning with another brand new replacement. Matthew left his number and a guarantee of personal service. We could not ask for more than that.
