Riley Heating & Air Conditioning

This is our home - our dusty home. Thank you Riley H&C for the excellent work in replacing the 50-year-old ducts and installing the 2-stage heat pump and air handler. No longer is dust blowing from the registers. No longer do we have to turn up the volume on TV when the blower turns on. It is so very quiet. Special "thanks" to Shane Rathel for designing the new system and answering our MANY questions. In addition to being so knowledgable, he also is very personable. The installers were right on time each day and cleaned up after themselves each day. Many "thanks" to you guys, as well. We were impressed. I cannot comment on their routine service or maintenance since we have not needed that with a new, week-old system. But if that service is anything like what we have experienced to date, we know it will be great.

I called Riley Heating and Air to look at my daughter‘s heater that would not turn on this year. Within minutes, Thomas had already found the cause of the problem on the unit under the house. After fixing the initial problem , he could hear sizzling in the disconnect which has been melting for a while. He was able to also fix that for us in no time. He took pictures of everything and was very thorough and Knowledgeable in his job. I will specifically ask for him in the future for any repair needs we have. thank you, Thomas, we truly appreciate you and Riley Heating and Air.

Missy was incredibly prompt and helpful, scheduling a technician to arrive by 10:00 AM. ​Mr. Gage Mays arrived right at 10:00 AM, as promised. He was professional, efficient, and had my heating system back up and running in no time! He also took the time to thoroughly inspect the system to help determine the cause of the failure, which was greatly appreciated. ​From the quick scheduling with Missy to the fast and effective repair by Mr. Mays, the entire experience was top-notch.
