After reviewing my options from multiple companies to either fix or replace my existing 33-year-old HVAC, I chose to move forward with Rey's. By far they had the best combination of pricing and customer service compared to their competitors, so I chose Rey's. The team from Rey's took only two days to replace my HVAC and ductwork and I couldn't be happier with the work they provided. The team was professional, courteous and did a great job cleaning up after themselves after each day of work. They even fixed the lack of airflow I've always had to one of the bedrooms! Compared to the other companies that I got quotes from for this work, it was refreshing to work with a company like Rey's that in my opinion was not attempting to overcharge me or upsell me like some of their competitors. One competitor that I will not name that initially tried to overcharge me offered to meet Rey's pricing, but by that time this particular company had already shown their true colors and intentions which all but confirmed I made the right choice by choosing Rey's. I've already recommended Rey's to others and will continue to do so in the future! This review is a continuation of my initial review of Rey's so if you are curious about my initial experience, please read on below. Had my first experience with Rey’s today and I would definitely recommend them to others. They fixed my existing AC unit to get me up and running while I get quotes from them and competitors to replace my HVAC. They answered all of my questions and explained the various options available to replace my unit along with available rebates to lessen the cost.

Came out. Spent the majority of the the time bsing and talking to each other. They told me the compressor was bad. I asked them about the charge of the R22. They said it didn't matter because the pump was dead. Which is a true statement if the pump was actually dead. They said I was free to get a second opinion and want their money (80). They were here maybe 30mins and like I said. They were talking to each other most the time. I got that second opinion and the compressor was not bad. The unit needed a charge. Charged the system up and the vent blows 52 degrees now. Moral of the story. Dont use these guys. They just want to sell AC systems. That or their technicians are lazy and dont want to work. Either way save your money!

Rey's Air Solution was actually incredible today (It's going to be 95 Degrees later this week). I had 4 other Companies stop by and quote replacing our HVAC system after our heat exchanger cracked. Everybody else said everything needed to be replaced. Rey's Air Solution sales person Justin came to my house and not only delivered an acceptable quote but he fixed our A/C in the meantime for the summer. He went way above and beyond, calling the owner and other techs to troubleshoot our issue. They definitely have earned my business and should at least be considered for yours too after this.
