Dishonest company. False advertising of product manufacturer origin. I purchased a set of Carlisle 522010 20 oz red plastic tumblers on August 17th and received them on August 20th. The product information on this company's website from which I made my purchase from, states that this product is manufactured in USA. However after I received this product, I looked on the bottom of the product and it clearly shows that it is manufactured in Mexico and not the USA like the website product information states. This is false advertising and dishonest of this company to list the item as such. I wrote a 1 star review on the company's website, and my 1 star negative review was not posted. I noticed that there has been 56 other one star reviews made on the company's website, but none of which are listed in order to be able to read the reviews. It only shows the number amount of 1 star reviews. I also noticed that this company only has 4 and 5 star readable reviews listed in order to be able to read them. This shows just how dishonest this company is. It makes me wonder how many other products that this company sells, is false advertised, listed as being, "Made In The USA," but is actually made in another country. This was my first ever purchase from this company, I will not be making any further purchases because I see that they cannot be trusted. Buy at your own risk! I am posting 2 pictures, one of which the item clearly shows that it was manufactured in Mexico. Also here is the product information that is listed on this company's website. Come on! Do you actually think that I am that dumb and naive??? Nice try. If that was the case, the product that I received would have had a different product number, different from what the product has listed on your website. It shows the product number on the bottom of the cup and matches the exact product number on the product page. It clearly shows the product number on the bottom of the cup in the picture that I have posted. Therefore, your reasoning is completely false for the product that was sent to me with the manufacturer origin being, "Mexico" and not USA as you claim in your product information. Also you stated in your response to my negative review, you say that the product information will be reviewed and updated with the correct information. That was several days ago and the product information still remains the same. Nothing has changed pertaining to the manufacturer origin. It just goes to show how dishonest this company is. Full of excuses and lies. You won't ever get any more of my business, and if other people are smart enough, they will avoid doing business with this dishonest company as well.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 chafing dish sets and got not only confirmation of shipping. Instead I received 4 cocktail lamp bases! When I called to inquire I was told there was an error and that a refund will be submitted. Terrible customer service. A business with deceptive practices and making false advertisement.

Stay far away. Sent the wrong unit and has fought us for MONTHS to return the money to the finance company. Does not respond to emails. Terrible customer service.
