Personable, professional, and most of all HONEST..speaks volumes of integrity in my opinion. Mr. Irwin at Reliable came in right on time and made sure everything was working properly. He was very personable and took the time to explain possible scenarios that could have pushed my system offline. After troubleshooting, my thermostat had to be replaced and that was quick. Thanks to HVAC technician Fitzroy Irwin for his prompt and professional service call. He quickly diagnosed our old AC unit was completely out of Freon, but beyond its useful life. He was able to get a sales rep out the same day to help us select a suitable replacement.
