The Agosti brothers bring customer service to the extreme of excellence. We own a high end, busy catering company. It is essential our commercial appliances are always functional and in great shape. Tim & Dave have stepped up to help us through every phase of our company’s growth. And trust me - without great service folks, a food service business cannot survive. As we relocate from Anchorage to Kenai, the Agosti brothers once again stepped up to help us move our double door True refrigeration & freezer units. Room on the truck? Absolutely - just put the washer & dryer on the truck for the ride down. Now to see if those Filet Mignons we sent down in ice bags actually made it to Kenai. Located behind homeless camps. When supplies and equipment are stolen directly from your trailer or whatever, staff are happy to show you the video footage of the incident occurring but takes absolutely no accountability and you’re left with less than you dropped off. Use this company at your own risk - security is nonexistent and the company will do nothing to secure your locked items from the homeless population in the area. Two large propane tanks and an iPad were stolen from our locked trailer and absolutely nothing was done except video footage captured. I’d recommend a more secured facility to drop off your valuable equipment to - this isn’t the one.
