Quality of service and expertise are not good in my experience. I took my appliance in recently for diagnostics because I had sudden and complete power loss to the unit. They diagnosed it with a bad board. Quote was $349 total to fix. I decided to pay the diagnostics fee, decline the repair and took it home. I noticed when I got home that the knob was broken off the front of the unit while at the repair shop. I called them to see if it could be replaced, they said it would be replaced if I chose to replace the board. Then I decided to check my circuit breaker. Guess what? The circuit breaker was bad. Okay, admittedly I should have checked that first, but I’m not a service repairman. Anyway, I replaced the circuit breaker and the appliance works fine now, except they broke the knob and a new one is close to $100 to buy. Bottom line: 1. They mis-diagnosed my appliance, and if I would have spent the $349, It still would not have worked when returning it home because the circuit breaker was the real problem. 2. They broke the knob off the appliance in the process of mis-diagnosing it. (This Cost me $89 to replace.) Just wanted to share my experience.
