Real Time Bros

Recently bought a home in Orange with no AC a wife toddler and new born, there was a really weird heatwave rite after the baby was born in early February and thank god it did happen because while there was a whole lot of cranky ppl in the house it opened my eyes to how badly we needed AC, we originally planned to try a summer without it because we had spent so much money the last year, I had at least 7 different companies that came in and offered a wide range of pricing for either mini split systems or central air conditioning and I was so shocked by the amounts I was getting presented, it was pretty disheartening, felt like AC would be like buying a new truck, thank god Peter with Real time bros came through, I’m not saying I went with them because they were the cheapest because they weren’t but they had amazing reviews and a fair price with 0% financing, made the decision very easy, Peter was really helpful with anything I needed to get to my HOA and scheduling was easy, when installation day came around I was told it would be a 3 day project, with a 3 month old being out of the house for 3 days felt like impossible (they said I could stay if I wanted to but wanted to be out of their way) luckily Osvaldo and Benjamin are not only fast but produce clean work and were able to finish in 2 days, even stayed a little longer day 2 to get it done that day, so appreciative of those 2 guys the absolutely killed it, highly recommend

Alex Chen did a fantastic job servicing my mini split. He ran a full diagnostic and refilled the refrigerant and the whole time he was explaining what he was doing and why. That kind of transparency goes a long way. He was super professional and got everything done faster than I expected. Definitely the kind of technician you hope shows up when you call. My landlord made me replace my AC booooooo, but Kekoa made the whole process so much less painful. So My system was a super old model that isn’t easy to find these days, and he went out of his way to track down the best option and pricing. He handled everything quickly and efficiently, communicated clearly the entire time, and was completely honest throughout the process. On top of that, he’s just a great person to be around.
