Quality Refrigeration

I reached out to Quality Refrigeration hoping to become a new customer, but was disappointed to learn they wouldn’t accept my business due to an issue they had with the previous owner. While I understand that businesses have policies and past experiences that shape their decisions, it feels unfair to carry over unresolved matters from a prior ownership to someone who had no involvement. As a new customer looking for reliable service, I expected to be evaluated on my own merits. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I hope the company considers reviewing such policies to avoid turning away potential clients over unrelated history.

Just had one of your drivers yell at us in the culvers drive thru line. We followed the culvers instructions and pulled into the suggested spot. He got mad because he was stuck on the inside line. Real mature. Definitely wouldn't want that guy in my house.
