I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Earlier this year, our water heater’s pilot light repeatedly went out. On 3/18, the first technician diagnosed the issue as a dirty assembly, cleaned it, and left. We paid $381 for that visit. However, the problem returned within weeks. When I called again, I was told that a follow-up visit would be scheduled at no additional charge, since the issue had not been resolved. On 5/7, a second technician confirmed that the thermopile had not been properly cleaned during the first visit and redid the job. Despite being assured this visit would be free of charge, I was later billed $240 as a diagnostic fee. Since then, I have made multiple phone calls and sent emails to resolve the issue. Each time, I was promised a call back from the responsible person, but no one ever followed up — and my emails have gone unanswered. Instead, I keep receiving automated “past due” notices. I ultimately paid the invoice under protest, simply to stop the harassment. I find this behavior dishonest and deeply unprofessional. It’s a matter of principle — no customer should be misled or ignored like this. I will not be using this company again and strongly recommend that others look elsewhere for reliable service and fair treatment.

We’ve had a service contract with quality for 7 years and have never had a single negative experience. Last night our furnace stopped working so we called this morning and a technician came by 1:00. Identified the problem and they are putting in rush orders for the part we need first thing Friday morning even though the office is closed til Monday. Not to mention, the technicians could not be nicer or more friendly. I rarely write reviews but they’ve been so great, I had to give them credit. Highly recommend!!

We picked this place after several quotes from other vendors and so glad we did. Quality Mechanical has a great team and they all work together! We had our central A/C installed and these boys did not stop even with it being 100 degrees in the sun all day. Never complained and always had a smile on their face. Explained the whole process in detail and even sent a tech to be sure everything was done up to par! I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking for spot on work! Thank you to Jerry, Andy, Ken and Jeff! Especially want to thank John and Tyler who worked tirelessly in this incredible heat to get the job done!
