BUYER BEWARE! This company has a $99.50 charge to come out that they will wave if you have them repair the system. When asked if you are unable to fix the problem will I still have to pay the $99.50 the Customer Service Representative repeated the script. When pressed she said that they couldn't guarantee a solution but they would want their $99.50 anyways and require your credit card before sending someone out. I asked again and then she got off the script and said she would ask her manager and be back to me in 30 mins. Still waiting on that return call. Seems they don't really want to solve problems but they do want their $99.50. Just sayin. Bet this doesn't get on their review list. Let me know if you see it. UPDATE: After posting this review I recieved a call form the company. The discussion focused largely on changing my review rather than addressing my concern about the diagnostic fee. I was also surprised to learn that my 95 year old mother had been contacted in order to obtain my number. Most concerning, I later recieved a voicemail from the same number in response to my review. The voicemail contained hostile language and a statement about wanting to come over and punch me in the face. My origimal concern was simplywhether a diagnostic fee should be charged when a company cannot solve a problem. After this experience, my concern is for my safety, and how criticism and customer complaints are handled. Readers can draw their own conclusions.

There was a misunderstanding from a previous Tech that was terminated about the pricing he promised should Quality have to come back and do an acid wash. However, James the manager made it right, and sent tech John out and he did a great job at the right price. Both men were very professional. I'm very happy to do business with quality.

He was the best .. i haven't warranty with another company.That does the worst work.But my grandfather was one of the original owners of quality air.And so again, i'm impressed with this young gentleman who came out and really worked hard on my air conditioning. He was very thoughtful and kind, which you don't usually find too often. If I was his boss, I'd give him a big raise. He hadn't his mind to resolve the situation.And he wouldn't stop until he could even came back twice to make sure it was a working order. Thank you for being the best agonish name company in florida.
