Five stars. Dex from Pure Air stopped by at the time that was specified and was very professional and made sure to be thorough in his evaluation of what the issue was. He broke it down and presented possible options to consider and then issued an estimate pricing for the options promptly. I was confident that the pricing was very competitive and fair and decided to go ahead and overhaul the heating system and revise the out of date ducting. Their crew showed up a few days later and finished the work in one day. The work looks great and we are super happy with the results. I highly recommend Pure Air for your HVAC needs!

Pure Air was great cleaning our air ducts! The technician Mikhail showed up on time, put on shoe covers and meticulously began dismantling the vents, cleaning and applying negative pressure to pull out the dirt. The vents were painted into the wall so Mikhail carefully cut them out and put them back after, we do not need to re-paint! He discovered the vents had been blocked by old filters installed long ago which he removed from the vents. Mikhail cleaned up every space after working. He also worked on the HVAC uptake inside. Now the air flows more freely and the place feels and smells cleaner. I highly recommend this company for cleaning your air ducts. Ask for Mikhail. 😊 We are definitely breathing easier.

My HVAC broke down on the first day of the heat wave in August😣. After interviewing 3 contractors, I went with Pure Air. That’s because Dimitrii seemed to be very knowledgeable of the HVAC systems. He explained to me why a traditional HVAC was a not a good choice due to California’s specific regulations, and that a heat pump would be more energy efficient in the mild weather here. I went along with his suggestion and have been very happy since with both cooling and heating. Dimitrii ‘s price was very competitive and he has been very responsive to my requests. There is one more thing worth mentioning is his technicians. They are experienced, professional and very pleasant to work with. I am glad that I made that decision back in August😊.
