I had a gentleman named RC Rogers come to my home on February 24th 2026. Very polite young man. Well mannered and knew exactly what he was looking for when I told him what was going on with the furnace. He made it very easy and not very complicated to understand. For every question that I asked him he had an answer for it. I had done my research before he got there and he matched all the answers that I researched. He was very responsive and considered my feelings and opinions when I was speaking with him. He had been in the field before and now a sales rep, so he knew exactly what he was doing. It was very nice to meet him and know that somebody actually cared!
