I had a situation that required a quick response to have a technician out and Dee was able to work the schedule to get someone out to the house that day. That is great service. My experience with Progressive Mechanical has been awesome. When calling into the office they are professional and very friendly. Dee is very knowledgeable and works with you to set up the best times and services to meet your needs. The team that comes to your property are very professional and very knowledgeable too. They take the time to serve the AC unit while providing you feedback and information about your unit. They do not try to play the upsell game with you. They provide you information and not try to sell you additional products and services. They were punctual and we received notice when they were on their way to our home. We also use them to service our rental properties for these same reasons. I strongly recommend them.
