Although Adam was unable to attend the emergency on the day I called, he took the time and had the patience to help me find a temporary solution for my A/C issue. His visit was precise, professional, and very informative. I truly feel confident in his work and highly value his honesty and expertise. He understood my needs perfectly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable professional.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Noah Albright from Progressive Air Systems, Inc., and I would like to offer my highest recommendation. From the moment he arrived, Noah demonstrated a level of professionalism, courtesy, and technical expertise that is increasingly rare. His background is immediately evident—having earned his Universal E.P.A. certification through the 128th Aviation Brigade at Fort Eustis and completing formal HVAC training at Altierus Career College, he brings both discipline and precision to his work. What truly sets Noah apart, however, is his exceptional customer service. He communicates clearly, works efficiently, and approaches each task with a calm confidence that inspires trust. It is obvious he takes pride in both his craft and in delivering a positive experience for the homeowner. Learning that Noah previously served as a crew chief on the Apache helicopter in the United States Army added another layer of respect and appreciation. His military background is reflected in his attention to detail, accountability, and strong work ethic. My wife and I genuinely enjoyed meeting Noah—not only as a highly capable technician, but as a personable and respectful individual who represents his company and his country with distinction. Without hesitation, I would recommend Noah Albright to anyone seeking top-tier HVAC service.

Progressive Air Systems installed the HVAC system in my brand-new construction home, and the system has had serious temperature imbalance issues since move-in. Within the first month, my daughter’s bedroom was consistently overheating (78–80°F) while the thermostat was set to 71°F. A service visit was performed, but the issue was never fully resolved — it was only temporarily adjusted. Now, during cold weather, the same room has the opposite problem and is significantly colder than the rest of the house. I have documented large differences in supply vent temperatures on the same system (ranging from the low 70s°F to around 90°F), uneven airflow, and wall temperatures in the mid-60s°F while the thermostat reads 67°F. This clearly points to an HVAC distribution or balancing issue (ductwork, dampers, airflow, or insulation), not a thermostat or “weather” issue. The system produces heat, but it is not being delivered evenly throughout the home. For a new construction installation, this should not be happening. I am currently pursuing a warranty service request and hope this can be properly evaluated and corrected rather than temporarily adjusted again. I’m sharing this review so other homeowners are aware and so the company takes these issues seriously.
