The primary owner of this business, Aaron Morton, was referred to us by our realtor as we are new to the Colorado Springs area. He has always responded promptly to our questions and repair/construction issues. The work completed by him, or by those with whom he contracts, has been impeccable. The prices have seemed reasonable.

The gentleman who came over has been here before and this is the second time he’s become extremely loud and hostile with me. I’m not sure if you’ve had other complaints, but I do not like how he talks to me at all. * Come to find out after not receiving a phone call back about my last experience I believe the owner is the one who handles most of the jobs and his name is Aaron. The first time he came over, he argued with me about the leak under the sink, even though I tried to be very polite and nice about it. He continuously told me there was no leak and lied to my husband that he let the water run for a certain amount of time when I knew it was only a few min not 20 min as he told him - come to find out several weeks later they come back due to the same leak under the sink that has now damaged the wood underneath because it wasn’t fixed initially. This time he came over and argued with me that he did not bend the bars that holds the trash cans under the sink yet he was the only one that was under our sink. He started getting loud with me and told me he will tell the property manager to charge me for it instead. I started recording, but unfortunately didn’t get the first part of him being hostile with me. This is extremely unprofessional. Both times he has left me feeling anxious and very uncomfortable. In the future, we will need another tech as we cannot do any further business with him.
