Reliable HVAC company to do business with. Their customer service is very good. I have been using this company for several plus years now for servicing and install of 2 new systems as well as my office. They seem to be very reputable and have always shown up on time for scheduled appointments. The employees have been outstanding with the recent AC unit I had installed in my attic. Dave, Chris the Marine Corps veteran and Alex all were very helpful. They made sure I was happy with everything. They also made me feel at ease with the amount of work they had to do as well as the things to be tidied up after the install. Very happy with this company. I must also add and give credit to the estimator Matt ! he was helpful and professional, took his time to insure we were purchasing the right unit for proper fitting and placement of the unit. If the Phillips Heating and Air Conditioning slogan is "Focus on Customer Satisfaction", I would say they have exceeded their goals - We have been happily warm and cool with our furnace/AC units they installed years ago... but what is most reassuring, is knowing that their expertise is only a phone call and visit away... Ethan just came out for our end of season maintenance on the furnace and was an ABSOLUTE GEM - SO Professional, SO Knowledgeable, and SO Friendly and Thoughtful - took time to explain all the tests he ran AND the results as well as future needs and options. We cannot recommend Phillips as a company, and Ethan, as a prize representative enough! Don't ever leave, Ethan!
