Perma Cool Systems

Needed a high performance chiller for my manufacturing licence. We had recently bought an extraction system and the manufacturer recommended some laboratory chillers. These chillers cost almost as much as the system and never did the job as advertised. We met Perma Cool solutions at a convention in Vegas. Their massive freezer was actually -50f when we walked inside. We were very impressed by their knowledgeable team and high quality engineering. We purchased a chiller system for our machine and they installed it in our facility in July 2019. The installation team was highly professional and their customer service reps checked in every day to see how the install was going. We have Now been running this chiller for over 1000 hours with no problems. Before we barely could keep our temperature below 0 f. With the new chiller we have been pegged at -40 f since. We are very pleased with this product and we plan to purchase another one in the summer when we open our second licence. Overall I would say Perma cool is the expensive but high quality option for professional labs. our Cultivation licence is also looking into purchasing one of their Freezers because the quality is just head and shoulders above the competition. 9/10 I will be recommending this companies products to my clients.

Dishonest people who directly lie to customers and will not stand by their word. Specifically referring to Dave, Justin, and Gene. You are better off purchasing a system from Delta Separations or Iced Tech. Avoid Permacool at all costs.
