My old AC went out during 100 plus degree weather. A huge truck arrived soon after I called with a large industrial cooler for our use until the AC installation was completed. I was grateful and don’t know what I would have done without it. They were back early the next morning with our new system and started working right away. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Their drivers use parking lots and streets as their toilet. I have a video of one using the parking lot behind the Manchester Mall to urinate which Google won't let me upload, saying it's an unsupported format.

I called because they installed the unit. I ordered a truck roll to assess. Technician showed up, Stated I had a leak in the Condenser Coil. We agreed not to add Freon. He left. They charged me for a pound of freon, gas for the truck (it's less than 5 miles) and an Hour of the technicians time.
