The tech was VERY honest, and very informative on my Mr. Cool ductless system. He checked my new home unit of 3 years and recommended to not check it as it is working and visually looks in good working order. I knew the cost for my Mr. Cool would be at least half of a new one, and it was less, and is now working. With the understanding that i will eventually need to replace the entire unit or recharge AGAIN, which is more than have of a new one for charging twice. I recommend Palombo for INTEGRITY and Expertise. Thanks. USMC-retired
