PG&E was called for a gas leak and the heater was turned off. One company said it was an old system and needed to be replaced ($5-10,000), but when Mark saw the system he agreed that was an old system but that he could repair it for me ($100). I was very appreciative of the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the personal kindness he showed me. I wish all the service professionals had as much pride in a job well done as Mark. I recommend Pacific Coast Mechanical highly.

Aaron was employee that arrived at my house to checked out my AC/Heater. Found out it was just the thermostat. He replaced and even cleaned out the cabinet with my heater in it. It was filled with insulation and I never opened that cabinet. Rosemary is who I first spoke to and she was very nice and professional.
