I could go on and on about this business from Diane in the office to Jimmy to the rest of the crew. They make you feel like family AC went down Friday came out Monday and found out capicator and wires were pretty much shot since they've been there since Christ walked over the skyway bridge. All kidding aside they went in condo and found wasn't my AC that was the problem it was the very outdated electrical panel. Even sparked on Jimmy as checked things out. Hooked me up with Dan Izzo Electric. What business takes care of you that way today? And best of all Orion Ac didn't break the bank. Iam totally blessed to have these guys have my back. If you want a reliable honest business here you go. Thank you all again...ill be throwing your business cards to everyone I know

Ive been using Orion since 2017 and its been great! Jim works hard and always does his best. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Diane also does a good job running the office as well!! Chris, one of the techs, did a terrific job! I will continue to use them for my AC needs.

Orion deserves 10 Stars. Across the board from customers service, rates, knowledge, reliable, service and follow-up…. 10 stars. Diane is fantastic and genuinely has your best interest and takes the time to explain things to you. Same with Chris who came out to do the work. Chris explained everything about what he was doing and why”. Truly, the best experience I’ve had working with a trades company.
