I meet Mr. Willis on a Sunday. It was summer, and one of my units had died. On Monday, he had a team out to remove and replace my AC unit. My son used him as well. Couldn't be more pleased with their work, follow-up, and service. Fully recommend them.

I had a different company come out in yesterday morning-two times and they told me that it would take 2 months to repair my air because I needed a part they didn’t have. I called Orange Street due to a recommendation from my friend who has used them for years that owns a dog rescue. Austen from Orange Street came the same day and had my AC repaired in 1 hour. He did a thorough job and was kind. It’s been 24 hours and my air is still working. I had to call the other company and get my money back. I would use Orange Street again for sure! Thank God for friends because me, my daughter and my pets would have died waiting for a part from the other company that I did not need. Thanks Orange Street! You saved us! Also, pricing was reasonable and fair-less than the other company!

Orange Street Mechanical has been servicing our home for the past 3 years. Each year they have been honest and reliable with our seasonal tune ups; advising us that our units were old and we would need to start budgeting to replace them . This season one of the older units on our house "died" and the other was so old and leaking freon that is was time to take the plunge and buy new units. Jake was very patient answering all our questions and getting the best units for our house. The installation on all our units were tricky and not straight forward. The guys all worked to get us installed professionally and correctly. Jake was there to help and over see problems that came up. We appreciate a company that stands behind integrity and honest.
