Victor was excellent! He was very personable and explained things in a way I could easily understand. His maintenance checkup up was very thorough. Keyon was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed The issue with our AC unit and took steps to fix the issue. He also helped us get enrolled in the maintenance program which helped save us fees and will make it easier to get work done if we have issues in the future. Keyon was very respectful of my house and home and also very good at explaining my options. Daniel replaced and installed a new shower exhaust fan and replaced a light fixture with a new ceiling fan/light. A week prior, I called an electrician someone recommended and they kept putting me off. When he finally ghosted me again I called Ontime Service. They came out the same day but couldn’t complete the job that day. However, Daniel said he could finish a lot faster if he brought help. He came back the next day as promised and completed the job. Daniel and Bray did a great job and I would recommend Ontime and use them again.
