If you're a Maintenance Manager in the entire area of Phoenix, and aren't working with Ontario Refrigeration already, I SUGGEST YOU DO. I have had this company working for me at all three sites I've managed in the last 6 years here in the greater Phoenix Area. Their techs for the most part are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. If you have a CMMS system that allows you to submit work orders to vendors like I do, it makes the repairs easy as 1,2,3. They have a great response time and great communication.

Well I guess I’m not the only one. If they’re driving is a representation of the quality of their work. Fast, impatient and just driving up my rear end. Then perhaps this isn’t a company you should use?

I guess similar to the rest of these reviews, this company seems to only hire bad drivers 😂. Sat behind van 511 for 3 miles, he has his left blinker on in the mid lane the whole time. I even honked, stuck my hand out the window, and flashed him. Let's hire drivers with eyes!
