Replace water heater, replace two AC air handlers and AC air compressors. I got quotes from 4 companies. Omni had the best price but most of all they had the best service. The owner came to do our quote and he handed me copies of their licensing and insurance papers. They saved us by replacing an actively leaking water heater the next week. Two weeks after that, they did our new AC - two compressors & two air handlers. I cannot say enough about the professionalism perfectly balanced with friendliness, the communication, and the ease of working with Omni. They let me know exactly what they were doing when, without bothering me a bunch. And the guys cleaned up every bit of trash when they were done (which many companies do not). If I could give them 20 stars, I would!

Omni was a great choice in handling an urgent hot water tank replacement, thanks to a stream of good reviews prior. I’ll add another. Megan was great getting me scheduled as quick as possible. The team was not just on time, but early. (Very rare) They were awesome to work with, got a difficult job done on time and I didnt have to lose an entire day of work. Sending a very happy, appreciative review.. The first time Omni came to our home was to service our furnace.. prior to their visit three other HVAC companies came over and we didn’t receive the results we needed. No one could figure out why we were not receiving air conditioning air flow on the second floor.. they fixed the problem instead of telling us to buy a new furnace. All it needed was a new fan/motor.. they are honest and trustworthy. The second visit was for our hot water heater which was not producing hot water.. once again they did not try to sell us a new hot water heater.. it simply needed to be serviced for the season. A wonderful company with integrity that puts its customers first!
