Wow! I had the best experience from Omega, and ill point out that my service guy (Nate) went beyond his role to make sure I was pleased with his performance and happy with the completed work. Ill request him again if needed in the future. Omega is a fantastic company to work with. Their customer service couldn't be better. They checked off everything I requested, and made sure the communication with me was prompt and thorough. I give this company an A+.

Required warranty service on my new range. The tech was on time, personable and listened to my problem and fixed it. He also gave me some tips on using the range and made some recommendations. The company was great with communication and I was able to handle all communications by text.
