Old Coast Heating & Air Conditioning

The initial installation process was great but less than 2 years into a brand new system and I had to bring in another company to properly fix my ac. After spending thousands of dollars, having to call in another set of eyes is not ideal. I received a lot of maintenance under my warranty but the unit never functioned at 100% too long before I had to call them back. The new company has identified the problem and I will have to pay another few thousand to fix a system that was not properly installed and maintained under warranty. Updated: I was serviced in oct/sept of 2025 (7 months ago). I had multiple house visits during that time to fix the air conditioning. Luckily it was starting to get cold so I didnt have to keep putting time and energy into it. Now, it’s hot again so i need my system properly fixed and not a band aid solution. I’m reviewing the quality of the work. Up until this reply I would have said that you all were always a joy to work with even if my issue was not fixed. The technicians are great and try their best unfortunately a second pair of eyes was needed at this point. No need to continue an unproductive conversation.

I just had my AC cleaned by Payton and he did a terrific job. I was actually concerned that it was gonna be like additional suggestions on getting a deeper clean or coils cleaned or what not but everything went smooth and he was super professional answered lots of questions with detailed answers, and even suggested a diverter for my air vent in the bedroom so that the air will reroute to the other side of the room to make it cooler. Job well done! And I will always recommend Old Coast thank you so much.
