Nur HVAC

We worked with the fine folks at Nur HVAC to install 2 mini-splits and an outdoor unit earlier this year. It was a nice experience from start to finish. They were very conscious of keeping the mess to a minimum and cleaning up after themselves. The technician who came by to do the estimate, Adlan, was very nice and explained everything clearly. He even repaired a blown fuse at no charge. The installation team, which included David, Eldar, and Alex, worked fast, but efficiently. They finished the installation that same day despite the setbacks like figuring out how to run the power back to the panel (our home has a weird configuration). They came back another time to take care of some inspection-specific requirements, but no issues with the final inspection. The company was also open to helping provide documentation for energy rebates. The only trouble we had was the slight language barrier, which made communication difficult sometimes. We had them provide two quotes, including replacing our existing heater, and the price of everything was very competitive with the other quotes we received. Overall, I felt they were reliable and met my expectations. I'd be happy to call them back for any HVAC needs I have in the future

With summers getting hotter every year, we finally decided to seek out someone to install an AC system. We opted to get everything done in one go, so we replaced an outdated furnace, installed new air ducts & vents, and decided on an efficient A/C unit. Nur HVAC was reasonably priced, not the most expensive, not the cheapest, but had the best communication, clear outline on the work being done, and the actual workmanship of the install was very professional. Very happy we went with this company. The attention to detail was top notch, service was friendly, and the equipment is so quiet we barely notice it when it's on. Only regret is not having done it sooner.

This may have been the best contractor experience I've had; and I've had hundreds of them. They were clean, on time, ready to work, interested in quality, and--this is the most gratifying of all--tireless! They met their commitments laid out in the agreement and were very attentive to getting it done right. If I were still in my old job, I'd hire every last one of them. They did a beautiful job, period. They should be very proud.
