Northwind REPLACED our AC and heater and ductwork. First of all, BRIGETTE was an amazing sales tech. She was VERY thorough. Walked me through the process with diagrams and explanations. She was always asking if I had any questions or concerns. She answered ALL of my questions. I could have talked with her all day! Such a friendly and down-to-earth tech! She even came to the installation!!! Juan and Hector and crew were quick, hardworking, and diligent. Nicely done guys. So far, our new system is working well, and we are grateful to Northwind! To have an experienced professional help us on a Sunday of a three day Weekend (Memorial Day) is a dream come true. Roberto of Northwind A/C saved our weekend by diagnosing and repairing our A/C that was out due to lightning. Oh…and a very fair price for all repairs. On A Sunday of a Holiday Weekend.
