They did a great job very thorough. At first they thought I needed more extensive pipe replacement done. But by the time they finished they thought it could wait, and if I have further clogging in the near future said to call and they will work up a proposal. My only feedback for possible improvement would be to lay some plastic down by the work area. But overall happy with the work. Thank you!

I had used NorthEast Plumbing and Mechanical's services in the past (hot water tank replacement, new gas line installation) and had great experiences. This particular service for a kitchen faucet replacement and toilet repair was no exception. Dale and Gianni arrived on time, were extremely polite and positive, walked me through everything they needed to do and provided options based on recommendations and cost, allowing me choose what I wanted to do without being pressured. They both did excellent work, they were fast and efficient, and left both work areas as clean as possible when leaving.
