Northeast Mechanical

Will from Northeast Mechanical was simply the best. He was quick to respond to my text and was able to repair my AC the same day. My unit is old and I know it needs to get replaced soon, but I really appreciate the fact that he didn't try to talk me into getting a new system. As a matter of fact, he did the opposite and told me I could maybe get a couple more years out of the one. To me, that is the sign of a excellent service person.

I had the pleasure of meeting Will when I was deep in the midst of a large-scale electrical project that required removing ceilings, and he came by to optimize some of the ductwork while we had the opportunity. I was impressed by his knowledge and clear enthusiasm for his work, which of course was also reflected in the quality of his product. I had hoped the *distant* future… unfortunately it turned out we needed a new air conditioner and furnace this year, and as much as I don’t like spending large sums of money on unexpected mechanical failures, I was relieved to have a guy I could trust to do the work properly and to guide me through the process. When you first buy a house, one of the many challenges is not yet having a list of reliable tradespeople you can trust when things break. I now have an HVAC guy! Highly recommended!
