Northeast Florida Heating & Air Inc

We’ve been using this company for years . One year, we use a different company because Northeast did not have the AC unit that we wanted. So, for a couple years we went to that compsny for maintenance also. But I am glad that we are back to Northeast. The company has been here since long time, a family owned company and the staff and technicians are very friendly and professional. We have 2 units and we are signed up with their program 2x/year maintenance. We are always happy with their service.

The Technician, Dave who gave me a quote was friendly in all our interactions. This was the third company I called for a quote. He was the only one who showed up on time, maintained professionalism, and answered all my questions with explanations. I would definitely use this company again

Your employee showed up *earlier * than expected (thank you). Completed Spring service: no problems discovered. However, he did request service renewal payment. This was made at Fall service. I did comment at the time that my contract renews in the spring but was told "office requested ". Not sure what happened but maybe you need to double check your records.
