North American Restaurant Equipment

We drove 2.5 hours to check out the store and were not disappointed. From the spotless warehouse to the super clean equipment (yes, someone was actually walking around wiping down anything customers touched), everything was Top Notch (Even the bathroom!) The staff was friendly and welcoming and even offered us a drink from their cooler, which was a really nice touch. Marco answered all of our questions, and we left with a receipt for everything being delivered and did I mention delivery was FREE? Remember they were 2.5 hours away! The delivery guys were awesome. Same crew both times (we added a walk-in cooler AND they switched out a piece that we couldn't use due to space from our first delivery with NO restocking fee!). They showed up right on time, had great personalities, and even helped us move a piece in our kitchen that we couldn’t quite handle on our own. I recently purchased a 3-door sandwich prep table, and I’m extremely impressed with the service from this company. They provided free delivery all the way from Rhode Island to Chelmsford, MA, and the entire delivery process was handled professionally and with great care. The delivery team even removed the doors to help move the unit smoothly into the restaurant, then reinstalled everything properly afterward. They also helped install the shelf unit on top of the refrigerator. What impressed me most was that they actually went out to a hardware store to buy additional parts needed to make the shelf fit perfectly with the original setup — and they did it all at no extra charge. This level of customer service is rare these days. I truly appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help. Highly recommended, and I will definitely refer others to them!
