I am so pleased with the service New Circle provided me . I have a VERY OLD GE spacesaver dryer/washer. The dryer did not have any heat at all. Technician Sam Smith came next day, diagnosed the problem. The dryer needed both a new hearing element and a new thermal fuse which Sam ordered for me then came back and installed. He really was a pleasure to do business with and he was very transparent about the information he shared. My dryer is fixed! I will request his services again as it sounds like he is multi-talented and skilled. I also thought Jason who does scheduling was also very helpful and professional
