Commercial property management is a VERY challenging industry! Every day presents a new set of issues that require well thought out solutions, and diligence in the execution of these solutions. Alignment Real Estate (ARE) recently completed the purchase of a multi-tenant office building in the Meadowood submarket of Reno, NV. From ARE's perspective this is a good building that had been somewhat neglected and needed new energy. ARE selected NCS Commercial Services to provide property management services for this property and I cannot be more pleased with the decision. The entire NCS team has offered ARE amazing service and responsiveness to the issues we faced while trying to breath new life into this asset. This company treated me very poorly, they threw my things away I forgot in house, even after I asked them. The Utilities are unfair, they are rude and took every bit of my Deposit they could. They evicted me and charged me 208.00 out of my money to pay for it even when I had already given them notice. Left house clean and charged me 175.00 for cleaning fee. I was wondering how many other tenants they have screwed over. I hope other people see this. Dont rent from them. They charged me 35.00 for giving 30 day notice. It goes on and on...

Hands down one of the best rental companies! After our house fire, NCS made it SO easy to get approved for our townhome. Our leasing manager is Judy Fitzgerald and she is ABSOLUTELY wonderful. She’s so easy to talk too, get ahold of and just hands down such a kind human. If we have ever had any issues, they have been on top of getting them fixed. I would rent from them time and time again.
